What info do I need to provide to rent a car?
You will need to provide the following information when making a booking:
- the dates and times of travel.
- collection and return method.
- the car group required.
We will then check for availability and provide a car rental quote.
From the quote, you can choose whether or not to confirm the booking. If you decide to confirm, you will be asked to provide your personal details and other documents.
Can I hire more than 1 car at a time?
Yes, although vehicles are subject to availability. Each booking will have a unique reservation number.
Can I pick my Car up from the air port?
We can arrange a chauffer driven vehicle to pick you up at the Colombo international airport. Ones the relevant documents are filled at our office in Dehiwala you can take the car home with you.
Can I choose the colour of the car?
We can not guarantee you will receive a certain make, model or colour of car. This is based on availability. Upon arrival, you may advise the counter representative of your preference, and if available, we will be happy to accomodate your preference.
Is additional equipment available?
There are many options and accessories available to help make your trip more safe and enjoyable. These options and accessories vary, depending on the car group, there may be some accessories included as standard.
We make every effort to honor your requests for additional accessories but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee them on the reservation as some items may be subject to availability.
How much does rental cost?
We charge in periods of 24 hours, so if you take a car for 26 hours for instance, it would be charged as 2 days. We do allow a grace time of 59 minutes before we charge for an additional day. The actual cost of the rental will depend on the group of car, when you rent, for how long and where.
Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
If you make an Online Booking we will send you a reservation confirmation by email. You should print this and keep it for your records. When you collect your car you'll receive a Rental Agreement which shows your booking details.
